Blackall Range Independent School (B.R.I.S) is a small, Independent Not-for-Profit Incorporation. We are a fully accredited, non-denominational and co-educational school that has been operating since 1975. B.R.I.S. seeks to meet the emotional, social, and educational requirements of its student population and to model ‘a community of learners’ that incorporates students, staff and parents.

The school is governed by an Executive Management Committee elected by the parents, and members. The Executive Management Committee is a key group that ensures the running and management of the school. The Executive Management Committee is seeking skilled volunteers that have are interested in maintaining the continued growth and development of our wonderful small school.

The committee is seeking interest in the roles of secretary, treasure or general members. The Executive Management Committee meets once per month February to December. These meetings take place on site or via Teams (depending on members locations).
