Background

The Kooralbyn International School (TKIS) is a day and boarding school located in a beautiful semi-rural environment, 20 minutes from Beaudesert. The School's motto is Absol Fiducia (self belief) and a strong emphasis is placed on encouraging students to believe that 'Anything is possible, when you're the best that you can be'. We expect our students to work hard, to strive for excellence, to maintain the highest standards in dress, behaviour, pride, respect and work-ethic.

Values

Aligned with the agreed-to national goals for education as defined in the Alice Springs (Mparntwe) Education Declaration, TKIS is a small, affordable, private school for boys and girls from Prep to Grade 12. Offering a local day-school (for both primary and secondary) and boarding (for secondary school), TKIS takes its core commitments to Safety, Excellence and Equity very seriously.

Within its friendly, village-like setting, the School takes pride in the high expectations of behaviour, dress and personal outcomes it holds for every one of its students as well as the professional achievements and passion of its staff.
