The client waitlist for services is long and if we can ensure we have efficient administrative processes in place and adequate resources then this makes for a better more seamless customer experience.
As an Admin volunteer in our Customer Support Centre you will be sending paperwork out to clients, receiving paperwork in, scanning documents and supporting with new client set up.
