Key duties are:

• preparation and dissemination of council meeting agenda and minutes;
• preparation of a list of candidates for the election of the Club Council to be included in the notice of the Club’s AGM;
• be the point of contact between the Club and regulatory bodies and authorities;
• assist with maintaining the events page on our website
