The aim of the podcast is to empower, educate, provide information, discuss topics and share our experiences to young females aged 12 to 24 years old such as mental health, young females' health, relationships, social media and more.

The online platform allows young females to easily access information, if they are unable to access local services or there is no one they feel comfortable asking. Questions can be asked by viewers through an anonymous platform, and these will be answered on the podcast.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assisting in creating, producing, consulting, editing, recording, uploading, researching, and creating content for the podcast.
• Advertise and promote to organisations.
• Take part in the recording of the podcasts.
• Participate and plan monthly podcast committee meetings.
• Participate and assist in planning program activities with youth worker staff and committee members.
