Community Aid Volunteer with Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney (H2HS) - Northern Sydney - # 192832
As a Lifeline H2HS Comm Aid Volunteer, you will be providing connection and compassion to clients, and increasing their independence.
The key objectives of this volunteer role are:

To provide regular phone support to Community Aid clients who may feel lonely and isolated.

To drive clients to and/or from engagements, such as medical and other appointments, accompanied shopping, and other activities /outings.

To provide companionship visits for those clients who are lonely and isolated
-
To report to Community Aid Support any changes in a client's situation that might be relevant to their wellbeing or circumstances.
The areas covered are predominantly, from Chatswood to Berowra (Hornsby, Ku-ring-ai)
