The main treasurer duties include:

  • prepare and monitor annual budget.
  • maintain financial records (all income and expenses).
  • pay bills / invoices / expenses and sales to artists.
  • present a financial summary at each committee meeting (every 5 weeks). organise an annual audit or financial review.
  • keep our insurances up to date. The accounts are currently on an Excel spreadsheet, but we can support other software if you prefer. Our finances are almost all online - Square point of sale and online membership payments. Around 8 hours per week, variable, with ability to do most tasks from home / remotely.
