We are looking for people to help with parking at the festival. Each site will have a site supervisor who will be on site from either 6-00am or 7-00am until 9-00pm Saturday (commencement of Fireworks) and 6-00pm Sunday – working in shifts of 5 hours preferably.

The site supervisor will be an adult who has been briefed on the Parking Plan Requirements and able to supervise a team of people (Pinjarra Hockey Club to provide).

The team is to be made of members of Community Groups no less than 16 years of age and they will be required to work in shifts of 4 hours each.

Team Members need to be responsible and able to take direction well and committed to following the Parking Plan agreed upon for each site. Team Members will report to the site supervisor upon arrival for Registration for Rotary Insurance purposes and sign off on completion of shift.

There will be handling of cash from entry fee, together with EFTPOS facilities to be controlled.
