Admin and Program Support Volunteer
Mission AustraliaSupport daily site management, client and engagement activities across three services including Early Intervention & Tenancy Support, Tenant Participation Community Engagement and Emergency Relief South West Sydney. Activities include:
- general admin including creating new welcoming packs for clients, checking stock supplies, coordinating food hampers, supporting outreach events including set up, catering and clean up
- maintenance of files, folders, hard copy resources on SharePoint and supporting the development of admin standard operating procedures
- assisting intake by supporting prospective clients to complete forms
- greeting and directing visitors, answering and directing calls
Requires:
- strong coordination and administrative skills / experience
- good communication skills with ability to communicate in a clear concise manner
- a welcoming, supportive and practical approach
- ability to engage and work inclusively with ATSI, CALS and LGBTQI+ communities
- ability to actively support Mission Australia's purpose, values, policies and procedures
