RSPCA Victoria is a non-government, community-based, not-for-profit organisation whose vision is ‘ending cruelty to all animals’. We are Victoria’s best-known and most respected animal welfare organisation.

Volunteers are an integral part of the RSPCA Victoria team. They play an active and vital role in helping to support our work to improve the welfare of animals and protect them from cruelty and neglect.

Key Duties:

• opening and sorting mail

• assisting with the mailing of donation receipts

• hand writing and addressing of correspondence

• calling supporters to capture updated contact details

• making updates to our CRM

• support with donation processing

• supporting our Donor Development Team in vital related admin activities

Skills and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, the volunteer will possess the following necessary skills and attributes:

• high degree of attention to detail

• intermediate computer experience

• intermediate Excel experience

Desirable: Accounting or finance experience
