RSPCA Victoria is a non-government, community-based, not-for-profit organisation whose vision is ‘ending cruelty to all animals’. We are Victoria’s best-known and most respected animal welfare organisation.

Volunteers are an integral part of the RSPCA Victoria team. They play an active and vital role in helping to support our work to improve the welfare of animals and protect them from cruelty and neglect.

Key tasks include:

• maintaining accurate records in Learning Hub and assigning learning modules as required

• ensure that all training program attendance is entered accurately into the relevant systems for staff and volunteers

• respond to queries relating to Learning Hub via the Learning and Development inbox

Skills and Experience:

• exceptional digital literacy/computer skills, with an aptitude for learning new systems

• strong attention to detail

• confidence in problem solving

• outstanding customer service skills, via written and verbal communication

Ideally, prior experience in HR and/or Learning and Development.
