Our charity is hosting a small conference in May 2023 and we are looking for a volunteer that has audio-visual equipment to help us out with the conference.

We would like a couple of roving microphones and most sessions will be panel sessions with three people (so either hand-held or lapel). Other things on our wish list is ability to record the conference on Zoom so people can watch in and it would be nice to have some music playing in the dinner and lunch breaks.
