Fun Farm supports teenagers and adults with disabilities (and their families, friends and carers), to engage in experiences and opportunities for skill development, connection and fun.

Fun Farm embraces the social model of disability - they aim to create social change that allows people with disabilities to participate in society on an equal basis with others.

Fun Farm are recruiting a volunteer who can initiate, coordinate and run fundraising events and activities to help Fun Farm achieve their goals. Fun Farm aims to host 3 charity fundraisers per year plus online raffles/auctions. 

The successful volunteer will shares their values and enthusiasm, possess common sense and a willingness to support their goals and successes. 

Responsibilities include:

administration tasks support in designing ads and flyers updating the website assistance in organising events *assist in setting up, helping out at and packing up events

This role will suit a team player, with some experience in fundraising and eager to volunteer.

Role requirements:

strong computer skills, including experience using/learning how to use software design tools understanding and commitment to organisational vision and values well developed communication and organisational skills ability to handle challenges and problem solve *warm and friendly demeanour and enjoy working with and meeting new people

In exchange volunteers will work with an amazing team of people, with flexible hours and a variety of tasks.
