A volunteer that has a non-judgemental approach, and can treat clients with dignity, respect and a friendly manner to assist as a food sorter. You will have the ability to relate well to people, to work as part of a team, to follow instructions, and to maintain confidentiality at all times. Assist the food van driver to unload, sort food for correct storage, check use by date & best before date, store food in either cool room or walk in freezer and keep fridges & freezers stocked. Need to be reasonably fit as this work involves a lot of bending & lifting.
