To make a regular and ongoing commitment under the guidance of the Volunteer Coordinator
To provide companionship and emotional support to the patient/carers under the guidance of the allocated Palliative Care Team member Nursing Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Educator or site delegate.
To provide support to palliative care patient/carers who have been identified by the Palliative Care Team
Seeking volunteers from across the South Western Sydney LGA - covering Bankstown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden and Bowral
Training is free but compulsory.
