The ACVVS program at Sydney MCS serves culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) residents who are isolated due to limited family support and language and cultural barriers.

Essential Criteria: • Respect the rights of the client, including confidentiality and privacy, and maintain dignity. • Exercise a duty of care at all times. • Communication skills (listening and speaking skills). • Emotional qualification skills, teamwork, reporting skills, listening skills and other skills that will be helpful in assisting the senior community.

Requirements: • A third dose of COVID-19 vaccinations or two doses of COVID-19 vaccinations and a yearly flu vaccine is MUST. • Complete a mandatory Police check. • Training provided.
