Tasks of the position • Record keeping • Process new client referrals • Promote new clients to our volunteers using a Mailchimp newsletter • Arrange contact between volunteer and client • Update records as needed - We use a program called Airtable • Maintain email contact with volunteers - We use the gmail app for email • Respond to queries from clients and volunteers in your area. • Attend Coordinator’s Meeting twice yearly

Strong administration skills and empathy will be greatly beneficial for this role. All training is provided.

This role will have the support of the Deputy Central area Coordinator, who is currently managing the role and has extensive experience. You will also have the ongoing support of the Operations Manager, a Lead Coordinator, our team of Area Coordinators across Perth, and the wider organisation.

The area is roughly, geographically, north of the Swan River, south of Reid Hwy and west of Charles/Wanneroo Road The role would suit a person who is located in this area.
