Defines the Business Development Plan for WMF. Proactively generates leads and manages the sales process for WMF, Corporate Sponsorships and Pledge (when ready for launch). Develops and oversees the commercial team and the achievement of KPIs and their proper use of management systems (eg. Salesforce). Provides support to the sales team on prospective client/donor/partner calls, as required. Prepares regular progress updates. Proactively identifies ways that we can improve our products and target market proposition.
