If you are a male looking to volunteer, and have the ability to communicate sensitively with elderly people, I would love to hear from you.

The Community Visitor Scheme is a Federal Government initiative established to promote links between people living in an aged care facility and their local community. The aim of the scheme is to improve residents' quality of life for those who have limited family, cultural and social contact and may be at risk of social isolation.

Volunteers will be required to have a current Influenza and Covid 19 vaccination or be willing to get one. You may also need to complete a RAT test on entry to the facility and wear a mask
