Social Media Coordinator
Possible Dreams International (PDI) partners with rural communities in the Kingdom of Eswatini (Swaziland) to improve health through a strategy of upholding dignity, emergency relief aid, and sustainability projects. We are seeking an enthusiastic volunteer to create, publish and schedule content for our social media channels for a grassroots non-profit, Possible Dreams International.
You will bring: ● Knowledge & experience in Marketing ○ This includes but is not limited to: social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), digital marketing and fundraising events/campaigns (the latter is desirable, but not essential) ● An ability to create eye-catching graphics using Canva that align to PDI’s brand. An ability to create flyers and other online graphics would be helpful to support us during fundraising campaigns. ● Passion for PDI and understanding of our ethos ● A drive to grow awareness of our organisation’s work to lead to further investment and therefore greater outcomes in community development in rural Eswatini ● Passion for working with young people ○ You will be working with key volunteers: Marketing Board Member, Social Media Lead, Fundraising Coordinator, Website Manager, Newsletter Coordinators and other board members and general volunteers ● Enthusiasm and approachability ● Organisational skills ● Strong written and verbal communication skills ● Professionalism ● Willingness to learn and work as part of a team ● A strong sense of self-driven initiative to help charity
