Possible Dreams International (PDI) partners with rural communities in the Kingdom of Eswatini (Swaziland) to improve health through a strategy of upholding dignity, emergency relief aid, and sustainability projects. We are seeking an enthusiastic volunteer to engage and recognise our current volunteers, and onboard new volunteers.

Responsibilities:

• Recognise the efforts of our diverse volunteers in creative ways e.g. annual end-of-year thank you postcard/card to volunteers, organising volunteer of the year awards for the Annual Gala Dinner, thank you emails post fundraising events, posts in our social media groups
• Recognise the contributions of our partner schools and organisations who fundraise for PDI
• Organise social catch ups (at least twice yearly) to maintain volunteer engagement, strengthen relationships between new and old volunteers, and celebrate our achievements
• Obtain feedback from volunteers about levels of engagement and ways to improve this
• Onboard and integrate new volunteers, and run a volunteer information night at least once per year
