Key responsibilities/scope

• Provide operational support for The United Project (TUP) Product and Marketing teams.
• Manage a team of Product Operations Managers responsible for the day to day management of customers and suppliers of the Pledge, the Cloud, the Training and the Giving products.
• Ensure the products are delivered in accordance with product operational requirements specifications.
• Manage the processes and systems that have been implemented to support the Products.
• Co-ordinate with Customers and 3rd Party Suppliers to ensure that the Product Operational specifications and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met.
• Report on Product operational performance against agreed levels to the GM Admin & Operations on a regular basis.
