10x10 is a registered charity founded in 2013 in Sydney, Australia with a mission to empower the next generation of change makers. We collaborate with teams of passionate and skilled volunteers to plan and produce engaging live and digital crowdfunding events. Over 1500 volunteers have hosted over 110 crowdfunding events in 6 countries and raised US$3 million in funding for 330+ early stage and innovative social purpose organisations.

10x10 is evolving and expanding into exciting new areas and as a result we are looking to appoint 2 new Directors in January 2023 for a 3 year term.

Ideal candidates will:

• Be experienced in accounting, finance, legal and/or social purpose
• Have an understanding DGR1 charities and passion for the social purpose sector
• Have the ability to read financial reports and board packs
• Be available to attend quarterly 2 hour board meetings in person in Sydney, 1 hour monthly video calls and a 1-2 day in person strategy sessions
• Be able and willing to take on special assignments and projects as required
• Be informed about and committed to 10x10s vision, strategic goals, policies and programs along with the legal and fiduciary duties as a Director of a company
• Be willing to attend and champion local 10x10 events
• Be experienced in fundraising (desirable)
