Tasks of the position

• Welcome and induct new volunteers - we do this face to face (unless restrictions apply) • Promote new clients to our volunteers using a Mailchimp newsletter • Arrange contact between volunteer and client • Update records as needed - We use a program called Airtable • Respond to queries from clients and volunteers in your area. • Attend Coordinator’s Meeting twice yearly

Administration skills and empathy will be greatly beneficial for this role.

You will have help from your Welcome Officers who meet and onboard the client, and a Deputy Coordinator to support you in this role. You will have the ongoing support of the Operations Manager, a Lead Coordinator, our team of Area Coordinators across Perth, and the wider organisation.

The area is roughly, geographically, south of the Swan River, east of Kwinana Fwy to the Hills/Midland areas, and then south as far as Gosnells. The role would suit a person who is located in this area.
