Vision Australia are looking for Volunteers to assist with their Dinner Group. Tasks include:- Supporting clients to actively participate in the group and/or their chosen recreational activity. Perform sighted guide techniques to effectively support clients, volunteers or staff to safely navigate their environment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand and respond to their needs by face-to-face, email or telephone Co-ordinate specific programs or tasks to ensure program requirements are met and completed in a timely manner. Complete data recording and other administration tasks to accurately record a service with a client (including reporting requirements) as well as report your volunteering hours.
