We are always on the lookout for Volunteers willing or wishing to help people living with mild intellectual and physical disabilities to enjoy a range of recreational and sporting activities.

We have an enormous amount of activities our club members can chose from and each activity is in need of assistants for our coaches and tutors.

Chose your sport or vocation / activity to assist or dabble in as many as you would like. We have assistant roles in Football, Basketball, Cricket, Swimming and Tenpin bowling. Get fit yourself assisting with the Zumba, dance or Karate classes. There are also less energetic assisting roles such as Cooking classes, Arts and Crafts activities, Camps and Events

Benefits: You will be working with an amazing Cohort of participants. Ageas ranging from 8 to 60. These people enjoy life and have a lot of fun. This will rub off on you and you will build lifelong friendships while you hone skills in working with and understanding the issues for people living with a disability.

Trial assisting in a wide range of activities, even try some things you might not ordinarily do thus developing your own skill set.

The range of activities to chose from is immense and we are always looking for new activities for our members. This may be an opportunity for you to take a lead role in a new activity designed by yourself.
