Education & Training Support Volunteer

Volunteers work within the prison and in the community to:

Provide 1:1 support for literacy, numeracy, English as a Second Language (ESL) Learners & computing within a classroom setting .
Support Education staff to provide a dynamic learning environment
Carry out appropriate tasks nominated by the Education Coordinator and Correctional Educators
Support the provision of resources to support the curriculum

DCS is a Registered Training Organisation with the ability to provide vocational training certificates to prisoners and offenders.
