Pre-Event Volunteers help to complete a wide range of activities to ensure the event and the participants are ready to go! This includes:

• Packing Welcome Packs and Merchandise. This helps the participants maximise their fundraising and prepare for the event.
• Resident Notifications is an important part of preparing for the event. By dropping letters to residents and businesses in the local area, we can ensure everyone is prepared!
• Pre Event Set up is all about ensuring the event site is set up and ready to go when the walkers arrive! Shifts are Monday – Friday in the months leading up to the event with full or half days available.
