As a One on One Companionship Volunteer with Sundale, you will provide companionship to our elderly residents. This could include:

• Have a chat with a resident
• Share a cuppa or morning tea with a resident
• Go for a walk with a resident in the grounds including pushing a wheelchair if necessary
• Read a book or newspaper to a resident
• Play a game with a resident including board games and puzzles
• Complete an activity with the resident at the residents request e.g. art activity, crosswords
• Support residents with gardening in their courtyard

You can give as little or as much time as you have available.
