CNC Machinist and lazer cutter operator Volunteer - Northmead - #184513

Solve TAD

Solve-TAD are a well-established not for profit organisation with a 45 year history of helping people living with disability achieve their goals. We do this through the provision of occupational therapy services, custom assistive technologies, and our unique Freedom Wheels customised bike service. Our volunteers are an integral part of our service delivery and offer us their specialised skills to inspire the creation of custom equipment to improve the day to day lives of our clients.

Solve-TAD has a state-of-the-art makerspace located in Northmead with fully equipped workshops where you will have access to resources such as a laser cutter, CNC router, 3D printer, circuit board printer, wood workshop, freedom wheels workshop and sewing room.

We are currently seeking volunteer CNC wood machinists and laser cutter operators to offer us their specialised skills. Some previous experience is necessary, however all training and supervision will be provided by experienced and competent staff and volunteers.
