You will be- Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders Managing end-to-end recruitment, including the strategy and management of our vacationer and graduate recruitment programs Liaising and developing relationships with external stakeholders, Working with hiring managers to prepare advertisements, position descriptions and interview guides Participating in interviews and assessment criteria Conducting inductions for new starters Monitoring and managing probationary periods Maintaining policies and procedures Ensuring staff files are maintained Assisting the People & Culture Director and Organisational Development Manager with project work as required Bring about organisational change using psychological and organisational development techniques Provide support to employees, volunteers, directors and managers through the full employee life cycle
