At Inclusee, we believe in using the power of technology to reduce isolation, loneliness and the digital divide facing seniors in our community.

We are seeking Digital Champion Volunteers to support our Learn2Tech Digital Mentoring program.

As a Digital Champion, you will have direct impact in supporting a senior to increase their digital skills, confidence and help build connection.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Support assigned Participant in learning how to use their Inclusee Samsung loan Tablet (or their own device in some instances).

• Support assigned Participant in learning new digital skills. This could be emails, Facebook, downloading apps, YouTube and using Google search engine.

• Provide one-on-one mentoring sessions for 1 hour per week, via telephone and screens haring software.

• Complete monthly support emails about your sessions and Participant.

• Participate in online induction, training, develop and recognition events, as required.

• Work in a safe manner.

• Abide by the organisation’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
