Funding Manager
U3A Southern Gold Coast Inc
- Assist in identifying potential grants, corporate sponsors and other funding opportunities
- Provide advice on funding applications (which to pursue or not)
- Develop a draft fundraising plan
- Approach key sponsors after discussion with the committee
- Apply for grants and write acquittal reports
- Lay the groundwork with relevant government, philanthropic foundations and corporations for further support
- Undertake training to maintain knowledge in current fundraising principles and practices
