In this role, you will be facilitating a group of young Stroke Survivors in a social group where they chat, can play games and share stories.

This role is for 1 hour fortnightly on Tuesdays.

Some duties of this role are:

Facilitating discussion with our Young Stroke Survivors

Playing Games with the group members

Reporting to the Centre Coordinator
