Date of the event: 30 May 2025 SHIFT: 5pm – 11.00pm Location: Manly Pacific Hotel, North Steyne, Manly

Our volunteer team is made up of happy, helpful people that like to chat, smile, and sell to our guests. Our motto is that if our volunteers are enjoying themselves so will our guests. Dinner will be provided.

Tasks on the night include but are not limited to:

Table Concierge - Helping guests with everything

• Meet & greet
• Set up tables
• Selling raffle tickets/pledges/auction items & other tickets for games on the night
• Usher - guiding people to tables
• Registering guests on the Auction Platform
• Take donations & payments
• Facilitate table games
• Pre-event bump-in and Post event bump out

A full briefing meeting will be run to provide more details before the event.

At Be Centre, everything we do is focused on the children we support. With this in mind, we also provide therapeutic programs for parents and carers as well as professionals working with children who play a valuable role in a child’s journey.
