The Learner Driver Program contributes to The Neighbourhood Centre’s vision of an inclusive and strong community by enabling economically disadvantaged people to gain their driver licence.

As a Learner Driver Supervisor, some of your key responsibilities would include:

• Supervise a learner driver to gain driving experience.

• Conduct driving lessons in a safe manner.

• Support learner drivers in a calm and patient manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Safe driving knowledge, skills and experience.

• Ability to support learner drivers.

• Problem solving skills.

• Flexibility, reliable and punctual.

• Ability to understand and to respect cultural differences.
