• The Tailored Support Buddy (TSB) Program connects volunteers with residents who live in Social & Affordable Housing who may find the English language challenging.
Mutual Obligation participants are very welcome! • Volunteers are matched to the resident’s first language & background as far as possible - but English speakers are very welcome too! • TSB Volunteers support these residents in engaging in social activities by providing translation of important information and general social communication. Its aim is to improve socio-emotional and general wellbeing and a greater sense of connection by supporting clear communication and conversation in a social setting.
