You’ll be joining a management team who are passionate and unwavering in their support of people in our community. In this role you will be bringing a shared commitment to the philosophy of the organisation and importantly bring your own professional and/or volunteering experience to the overall operation of the organisation. What you’ll do You will be part of small and dedicated management team and bring your ideas and experiences to a dynamic charity. You will be active in contributing towards day-to-day operations as well as the improvement and sustainable growth of 300 Blankets.

Your contributions as Committee Member will include: • Responsibilities relating to the day-to-day management and operation of 300 Blankets; • Share your ideas and views; • Take ownership and accountability for the fulfilment of tasks assigned to you (or which you choose to take part in); • Participate in planning, goal setting and decision making for the organisation; • Share the workload so all Committee Members are doing their part; • Attend monthly Committee Meetings; • Volunteering at least once with each of our 3 service Programs.

Commitment: • 6 months • 0-2 hours per week.
