Board Directors are responsible for contributing to the appropriate strategic direction of the organization and for the achievement of the highest standards of governance. Drawing on a range of experiences, the positions ensure that the Board exercises its functions in a manner that complies with the governance framework and associated funding arrangements.

It is envisaged that the skills and experience of individual Board Members may include:

business; finance; law or corporate governance; child and family services; health; policy; and education/research.
