Cafe on the Park is a Social Enterprise Cafe located at Glen Park Community Centre Inc. We assist people in all walks of life to have a direction and passion expanding back into the community. Every $1 dollar spent in the cafe generates $5.46 in community value, which goes back into the community through various programs such as our emergency food relief programs; Community Pantry & Community Meals.

In this role, you will be supported by a small team of supportive staff and volunteers with hearts of gold! There is no hospitality experience required, the role is suitable to both experienced and those who want experience in hospitality.

You will learn the way our cafe is run from the bottom up - everyone learns the basics of hospitality such as cleaning, dish washing and food preparation. People quickly work their way up through the cafe into serving customers, preparing meals, cooking, baking, and coffee making!
