Volunteer Administration Assistant- Volunteer Program

Adhere to the mission and values of the HATCH Work collaboratively with HATCH members and staff and follow directions from your supervisor Support the development of job descriptions for each volunteer role Process volunteer registrations, conduct reference checks and keep track of mandatory checks required for each volunteer ( e.g Police checks, working with vulnerable people registration) Organise volunteer rosters and maintain accurate volunteering records Data entry of volunteer hours Support the volunteer Coordinator with organising appropriate volunteer recognition
