The TLC (Tender Loving Care) program is designed to facilitate the ongoing regular contact between aged care residents, family and friends in a covid safe way during the period of COVID lockdown.

TLC Volunteer Duties

• Assisting residents with activities
• Walking with residents who require minimal assistance
• Sitting with residents
• Talking with residents - face-to-face or phone
• Meal delivery (no assistance with feeding required)

Who can be a TLC Volunteer?

• Existing aged care residents
• Friends of residents
• Existing volunteers
• Anyone aged over 18 who speaks Cantonese or Mandarin and wishes to assist in supporting and caring for the elderly
