Cheltenham Community CentreThe primary role of the Customer Service volunteer is to help the Customer Service Officer and provide a welcoming, courteous, efficient, and comprehensive service to all those who work within and visit the community centre. As the first point of contact for people with the organisation and it is important that the Customer Service volunteer represents the community centre with integrity, shows respect to all staff and visitors, responds professionally to all enquiries and requests, and demonstrates hospitality to staff and visitors alike. We are ideally looking for a volunteer for Fridays between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
