WentWestThe Western Sydney Primary Health Network is responsible for supporting and improving health services in Western Sydney.

It supports GPs and other health services outside of the hospital system.

WentWest Consumer Advisers are involved in many activities with WentWest staff
*There is a mix of virtual and in-person activities

Activities include think-tanks, workshops, reviewing documentation, listening to patients in GP clinics, giving feedback on new models of care.

Consumer Advisors are involved in improving and co-designing services to improve mental health, healthy ageing, health literacy, child and family health, living with chronic disease, sexual health and many other lived experiences.

If you are bilingual there are opportunities to be trained to listen to patients' stories in language most comfortable for the patient

While mostly we invite volunteers to join us during business hours, there may be occasions when early evening is offered, depending on availability of multiple stakeholders.
