Meditation Instructor
The Benevolent SocietyOur Centre for Women's, Children's and Family Health in Campbelltown supports women and families who have experienced complex trauma through domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood trauma in their recovery.
We use a trauma informed, strengths based approach and integrated, wrap around service model.
Through our Education & Groups program we provide a range of health and wellbeing groups for women throughout the lifespan who have experienced trauma and social isolation.
We are seeking a meditation teacher who can provide guided meditation groups to women in our centre one morning a week.
Desirable skills:
Experience delivering meditation groups to women who have experienced trauma. Understanding of the physical and emotional impacts of trauma on the body.
