Foodbank’s Fundraising team have several exciting volunteer roles available. As a Foodbank Fundraising Assistant, you will support Foodbank to show donor appreciation and maintain excellent donor records in Salesforce CRM. In this role you will make a difference, supporting Foodbank’s Fundraising team to fund Foodbank programs and services. Together, we can support as many Queenslanders’ experiencing hunger as possible.

Foodbank are seeking committed, reliable volunteers who can assist our small team minimum one shift per week. You’ll be working closely with the Donor Impact Coordinator and Individual Giving Manager to ensure Foodbank Queensland’s donor records are up to date, and to make phone calls to thank and retain Foodbank current financial donors.

• A great attitude, friendly smile and amazing phone manner • Willingness to make phone calls to Foodbank donors • Knowledge of Salesforce (or other similar CRM program) desired but full training will be provided to the right candidate. • Ability to work as part of a team
