KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE: Identify, respond and support vulnerable individuals Work collaboratively within a team to achieve best response outcomes for people requiring assistance
. Assist the ST Coordinator and/or Volunteer ST Leader, and volunteers to call emergency services whenrequired.
Provide basic First Aid support, as appropriate and within recognised skillset Accurately record any incidents as directed by Street Teams Coordinator and/or Volunteer ST Leader Work in partnership with all Stakeholders, including Police and emergency services, to assist vulnerable people who have been referred for assistance Contact families and friends, and/or other support networks as required Facilitate safe transport home Supports the Street Teams Coordinator Answer phones calls professionally from Police referrals, Street Teams Coordinator and/or Volunteer ST Leader
Qualifications and experience requirements for the Role: ·Experience in a relevant field highly regarded, ·First Aid certificate highly regarded .Mental Health First Aid
