Group engagement volunteers work with residents and staff to provide opportunity for social and emotional support to enhance quality of life. This volunteer role aims to build a sense of belonging for residents and reduce loneliness through community development. This role will assist residents with sharing their skills and experiences. Duties include facilitating formal and informal group interaction amongst groups of residents. This includes assisting residents to make social connections with each other, and to support group activities of interest.
