As a PTSR Swap Box Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with diverse community organisations and business people within your area so that Swap Boxes can be located at appropriate places and spaces throughout your community.

This position will be supervised by the CLAN’s Community Links Coordinator (CCLC) who will provide on-going support and focused supervision to develop a list of suitable locations for the Swap Boxes to be regularly audited and serviced. There will be opportunities to report about the Swap Boxes you manage with both CLAN and the PTSR Collective Committee.

Key Responsibilities and Performance Expectations ❖ Develop a list of suitable and potential community and business Swap Box locations in City of Swan suburb/s. ❖ Develop partnerships and relationships with people working in the Swap Box locations. ❖ Administer the Swap Boxes; updating audit lists and replenishing books and information brochures; providing updates to the CCLC and PTSR Collective Committee. Some lifting and moving of wooden Swap Boxes and books is required. ❖ Assist with promotion of the PTSR Program in the broader community. ❖ Liaise with other PTSR Volunteers. ❖ Attend occasional PTSR Swap Box Volunteer meetings and training opportunities
