This position will entail

• welcoming, onboarding and keeping in touch with volunteers
• putting in place procedures to ensure that our volunteers feel informed, supported, motivated and safe
• maintaining the volunteer database
• managing the exit process
• ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• working closely with the People Experience Manager to co-ordinate activities and events
• building and managing our volunteer recognition and alumni program.
